GrowAffiliate is an affiliate marketing SaaS product designed for businesses that want to manage their affiliate programs from one central platform.

The product helps companies create campaigns, invite affiliates, track clicks and customers, manage rewards, monitor payouts, control branding, automate partner emails, and manage subscription plans through a structured dashboard.

The main goal was to turn a complex affiliate marketing process into a clear software experience. Instead of handling referral links, campaign records, affiliate lists, commissions, email updates, and payout details across different tools, GrowAffiliate brings those core actions into one organized system.

To support this workflow, we planned and developed a web application with guided onboarding, campaign management, affiliate tracking, customer records, performance reports, payout monitoring, branding controls, email automation, team access, and billing features.

The user journey starts with a simple onboarding flow that guides new customers through four important steps: creating the first campaign, completing setup and integration, customizing branding, and inviting affiliates.

For daily performance tracking, the dashboard shows revenue generated, monthly recurring revenue, total affiliates, total customers, clicks, owed amounts, paid amounts, pending promoters, pending rewards, and pending payouts.

The campaign and affiliate sections were built to support real operational use. Users can review campaigns, track affiliate activity, filter records, manage rewards, view customer counts, monitor due amounts, and handle partner actions from one place.

GrowAffiliate also includes branding and email automation features, allowing businesses to create a more consistent affiliate experience. Users can manage themes, colors, fonts, automated welcome emails, drip emails, reward notifications, payout updates, and monthly performance messages.
